TIM CADD BD (timcaddbd.com) is a professional engineering and software training institute based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, established in 2010. We provide online and in-person training in CAD, BIM, Project Management, and related engineering disciplines.
📚 2. Course Enrollment
- Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full or agreed partial payment
- Course schedules, timings, and instructors are subject to change with prior notice
- Students must provide accurate personal information during registration
- Enrollment grants access to specified course materials only — not all courses
- TIM CADD BD reserves the right to refuse enrollment without explanation
💻 3. Online Class Rules
- Students must attend classes via Zoom, Google Meet, or the designated platform
- Recording of live sessions by students is strictly prohibited without written permission
- Students must maintain professional conduct during online sessions
- Login credentials are for individual use only — sharing is not permitted
- Minimum 75% attendance is required to receive a completion certificate
🔒 4. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, presentations, study notes, and content provided by TIM CADD BD are the exclusive intellectual property of TIM CADD BD. Students may:
- Use materials for personal learning only
- Not distribute, share, resell, or publish any course materials
- Not reproduce content for commercial purposes
Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action.
🏆 5. Certificates
- Certificates are issued upon successful completion of course requirements
- Minimum attendance and project submission requirements must be met
- Certificates can be verified at timcaddbd.com/verify.php
- TIM CADD BD certificates are institutional — not affiliated with software vendors unless stated
- Certificate reissuance fee: ৳500 per certificate
💰 6. Payments
- All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless stated otherwise
- Payments accepted via bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, and cash
- Installment plans are available — subject to agreement before enrollment
- Late payment may result in temporary suspension of course access
- Promotional pricing is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers
🚫 7. Student Conduct
TIM CADD BD maintains a respectful learning environment. The following will result in immediate removal without refund:
- Harassment, bullying, or disrespectful behavior toward staff or fellow students
- Sharing login credentials or course materials externally
- Attempting to record or redistribute live sessions
- Academic dishonesty or misrepresentation
- Spam or promotional activities within student groups
📌 8. Limitation of Liability
TIM CADD BD provides training and education in good faith. We do not guarantee:
- Job placement or specific salary outcomes after course completion
- Uninterrupted access due to internet or platform issues beyond our control
- Compatibility of software tools with all student hardware configurations
Our maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the specific course in question.
🕑 9. Course Rescheduling & Cancellation
- TIM CADD BD may reschedule classes due to holidays, trainer unavailability, or technical issues
- Students will be notified at least 24 hours in advance of any changes
- If a course is cancelled entirely by TIM CADD BD, full refund will be issued
- Students requesting rescheduling must provide at least 48 hours notice

TIM CADD BD reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
📌 11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
