💵 Refund Policy
We want every student to be fully satisfied with their learning experience at TIM CADD BD. Please review our refund policy carefully before making payment.
1. Course Fee Refund — Physical / Online Live Classes
- Before class starts: 100% refund within 7 days of payment
- Within first 2 classes: 50% refund if classes attended are 2 or fewer
- After 2 classes: No refund — partial credit toward another course may be offered
- Scheduled batch cancellation by TIM CADD BD: 100% full refund
2. Recorded / Online Course Refund
- Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase
- If course content has been accessed more than 20%, no refund will be issued
- Technical issues preventing access: Full refund or free replacement
